Every year for the last few years I have gone to Ohio the first week of May. My parents live there and there is a super great race I love to do in the great city of Columbus.
Something totally awesome about this year is that my sister and her family moved back to Ohio, just a half hour from my parent's home so I got to see her and spend time with her. We got to go garage sailing, out to lunch to my favorite place
Donatos Pizza, and I got to hold her new baby. I will be posting more about this race on my running blog soon. I ran really well and had a great time of 2:16:41, thus only missing my PR by 11 seconds.
